Downtown Shreveport’s Fairmont Apartments received a check representing the incentives earned ($23,759.38) in our Louisiana Commercial & Industrial Solutions Program. (1:45 p.m. Tuesday, May 10) Severe storms with high winds and tornado-like activity roared through the I-30 corridor near Texarkana Monday night, causing a peak of 10,000 outages by 11:59 p.m. Monday night, May 9. As of 8 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, there were 7,500 customers without power, including 5,000 on damaged circuits out of the Richmond Road Substation.
