Air Fryer Broccoli (Low Carb, Keto Friendly)

Did you know an air fryer is an energy saver? Not only is the appliance easy to use, it is safe (no open flame) and energy efficient. Because an air fryer doesn’t emit much heat, the energy it uses is an effective method of cooking because it does not heat the room!

Skinny Louisiana’s Shelly Marie Redmond, MS, RD, LDN – Culinary Dietitian has created healthy air fried broccoli recipes. Watch her step-by-step video above, and scroll below for the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Spice N Herb Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets

Air Fryer Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss to make sure all broccoli is coated with olive oil.
  • Pour into Air Fryer basket.
  • Cook at 360 degrees for 8 minutes.

Nutrition Facts (3/4 cup):
Calories: 63, Fat: 4.8g, Saturated Fat: 0.7g, Sodium: 262mg, Carbs: 4.7g, Fiber: 1.8g, Protein: 2g.

Net Carbs: 2.9g.
